This course explains what CDS means in the context of immunizations and how it assists with vaccine evaluation and forecasting. Learners will discover how CDS uses vaccine recommendations to support health information systems (such as IIS and EHRs) and improve the consistency and timeliness of immunization decisions. By the end, participants will understand the value of CDS for vaccines and how it helps recommend the right vaccines at the right time.
