AIRA Town Hall on Proposed Bylaws

AIRA has updated its bylaws to reflect how it operates as an organization as well as governance best practices. For the updated bylaws to take effect, AIRA’s voting members must vote in favor of them. If you have any questions about membership, please email Amanda Branham, AIRA Membership Coordinator.

The full schedule to review, discuss, and vote on the proposed AIRA bylaws is below:

• June 10, 3pm ET: Town Hall to review and discuss proposed bylaws with AIRA membership
• June 14: All comments due from AIRA membership
• June 17: Electronic voting on proposed bylaws begins
• June 28: Election Day meeting for non-electronic voters; last day to vote electronically
